Returns and Refunds
If there are any problems with the goods received, they must be returned in-store within 14 days and the goods must be in their original condition and the original receipt must be produced for return.
Click your profile icon in the store menu, or visit the Refund Policy or Returns page, and request a return.
Log in to your account: Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue."
Open the email from the store in your inbox and copy the six-digit verification code.
Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
Click "Request Return" for the order you want to return.
If the order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.
Select the reason for your return and leave a note for the store.
Click "Request Return."
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
Once you return the item, you will receive a refund.
Note:
Please note that we only accept and refund unused, complete products and sets in their original packaging.
When returning items, please ensure that you only return all items listed on the delivery note. Otherwise, the return may take some time to process and process the refund.
Once the returned items have been inspected, we will refund the invoice amount via your payment method. We will process the refund within 10 business days of receiving your items.
